Return Policy 

The Daddy Depot is committed to your total satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can obtain a refund of the product price (including tax if applied), less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) purchased.   

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be accepted, so please contact us before sending back merchandise.  All items must have their original tags attached to the item and must be in new, unused, or unworn condition in its original bag and box. DVD's and CD's must be unopened.  Items deemed by The Daddy Depot, manufacturer or distributor, to be worn, used, dirty, or missing tags will be returned to the customer at his expense and no refund will be issued.   

All returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the package will be refused, no exceptions. To obtain a RAN, please contact us at:  service@thedaddydepot.com.  Please print your RAN on the outside of the package and return according to the instructions given at the time you receive the RAN.   

For your protection, since you would be responsible for any lost merchandise returned, we suggest that you ship the returned merchandise by a traceable carrier and have the package contents insured when necessary.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on returned items. 

The Daddy Depot strives to ship your package in good condition.  Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving The Daddy Depot or the Manufacturer’s warehouse.  If the merchandise was damaged upon receipt, or you received the incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 business days at: service@thedaddydepot.com  for a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the merchandise.  

Once the returned merchandise is received, the correct replacement will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping and handling fees.  Please inspect your merchandise within 7 business days of delivery, even if you will not be using it within that time because we cannot accept returns on merchandise after that time.  Also, we are only able to offer reimbursement of shipping costs if the customer requests an exact replacement of the damaged or incorrect product.  If the customer does not want a replacement, then the return will be subject to the policies that govern an unwanted item as described above. 

Also, all order refusals are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping cost.  We want you to have a positive experience shopping at The Daddy Depot, so please make certain you want this order before confirming it and comply with the return instructions.

Shipping and Handling Policy 

We wish we could ship your orders free of charge.  Unfortunately, most carriers have raised their shipping rates due to increased fuel costs; therefore, it has become an avoidable cost of doing business. We are not trying to make money on shipping, so we have attempted to figure out average shipping costs for the product categories based on the dollar amounts.  Some products are shipped directly from The Daddy Depot and other products are shipped directly from the manufacturers’ warehouses, which are scattered throughout the country. Most orders are processed within 3 business days and they are shipped by UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will take between 2 to 10 shipping days.  Orders from multiple vendors may be shipped in multiple boxes and can arrive at different times.  

In some cases, we will be able to offer rush shipping for an additional fee, depending on the item(s) ordered.  So, please contact us at: info@thedaddydepot.com  to see if your order qualifies for expedited shipping. 

We are sorry, but at this time we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO or P.O. Box addresses, or outside the United States. In some instances we will be able to ship to Canada so please e-mail us info@thedaddydepot.com to see if your purchase qualifies.

Oversized items: Shipping oversized items will incur a special handling fee of $10.00. 

If a package is returned to The Daddy Depot due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.  

Occasionally, due to unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays, certain items will be out of stock.  We will inform you when this occurs and you can let us know how you would like to proceed.  Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
